I enjoyed the clean facilities, and the staff was very accommodating. The hotel felt kid-friendly! I would definitely come back. Breakfast on the terrace had a lovely selection and the service was perfect. The team was cute and helpful, I appreciated this.
The adult pool was closed sadly, the other pools were very busy. This closure was unexpected.

The hotel location provided convenient access to various routes and nearby attractions. I enjoyed being within walking distance of Nahkeel Mall with its various shops and restaurants. It was easy to get around.

The breakfast options included hundreds of choices, definitely worth it. The gym was very adequate and had appropriate equipment. I found separate swimming pools for adults and families, a beneficial amenity. The location allowed an easy walk to the Nakheel Mall, saving transport time and money.
During Ramadan and Iftar, the security and parking management were not appropriately handled. It caused some confusion and delays.

Tina was amazing from our arrival. Her friendliness and energy really enhanced our stay. The room was spacious. The spa and hotel facilities were great. I would certainly recommend them. The drinking water in the room was always free. I appreciated this convenience a lot.
The noise from a neighboring hotel was unacceptable. It disrupted the peace. The location is far from the main attractions. It made traveling expensive.

the pools was beautiful. it was clean with greenery. the design was warm. i appreciated the privacy, it felt exclusive. the food, it was another highlight. each meal had variety. service was attentive. the hotel shuttle were useful.
the front desk manager weren't very professional. the beds wasn't so comfortable. the hotel staff removed bar snacks without explanation.

the hotel had a very good location. it backs on to the west palm beach strip. it was not far from local attractions. the breakfast buffet was very good too.
i went to have a massage, but i found out it was in the same room. i was staying in, and it only had a massage bed. the receptionist told me i should have checked the website, but this is unbecoming.

the hotel had a beautiful view of the sea. i enjoyed my room a lot and it was cleaned daily with efficiency. the hotel staff members were courteous and helpful during my entire stay. i specifically remember enjoying the pools.
i encountered some noise at the pool coming from nearby beach clubs, it was quite loud at times.

Underwhelming stay. Loud music ruined the experience
heavy basshotel insulation
The noise was unbearable. The music from nearby beach clubs blasted all day and into the evening. i could hear the heavy bass in my room, really shocking! the insulation needs an upgrade. I was really disappointed. i won't stay here again unless they fix this, especially with so many other beachfront hotels around.
